At Empire Communities, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and interpreting complex financial models to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making
  • Conduct financial analysis and proforma analysis to assess various planning scenarios and development options
  • Provide pricing recommendations related to product launches/releases (scenario analysis)
  • Reforecast sales, construction starts, and closings
  • Prepare investor reports and relations related to various development projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of real estate finance experience
  • CFA, CPA designation, or MBA would be an asset
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills, intermediate MS Word, MS PowerPoint
