About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at City Centre Pharmacy. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Order and manage supplies and equipment to meet the needs of our pharmacy.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all pharmaceutical products are properly labeled and stored.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our pharmacy team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
