Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management

Assist in scheduling and managing the workflow of the pharmacy to ensure efficient and effective patient care.

Third-Party Billing

Process and manage third-party insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventories of medications, prescription records, and pharmaceutical products.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure the pharmacy's equipment is properly maintained and functioning correctly.

Scheduling and Confirming Appointments

Assist in scheduling and confirming patient appointments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Supporting Healthcare Professionals

Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy.

Computer and Technology Skills
  • Microsoft Word

Proficient in using Microsoft Word to create and edit documents.

Personal Qualities
  • Accuracy

Highly accurate and detail-oriented in all aspects of work.

Organization

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Work Term

Permanent position with a regular schedule.
