About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team at Balwin Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Aide. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of prescription information, maintaining inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products, and providing support to our pharmacists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prescription Accuracy: Verify the accuracy of prescription information, including medication names, dosages, and instructions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of medications and pharmaceutical products, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  • Pharmacist Support: Assist pharmacists with tasks such as filling prescriptions, answering patient questions, and providing general support.
  • Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information, including prescription records and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
