About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Compound and Package Medications: Assist in the preparation and packaging of pharmaceutical products, including oral solutions, ointments, and creams.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventories of medications and prescription records, ensuring that all products are properly stored and secured.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Office Administration: Manage routine office functions, including reception, telephone, and appointment scheduling.
  • Supply Management: Order and maintain supplies and equipment, ensuring that the pharmacy is well-stocked and equipped to meet customer needs.
  • Quality Control: Check prescriptions for proper dosage and ensure that all medications are accurately labeled and packaged.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or related setting
  • Work Setting: Pharmacy or drugstore
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
