Job Title: Office Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager Assistant to join our team at Golden Framing Inc. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Language: English.
Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
