Role OverviewThis strategic role provides an opportunity to streamline, standardize, and create lifecycle management processes for Identity and Access Management (IAM) across Rogers, with a specific focus on Privilege Access Management (PAM). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and documenting strategic capabilities to provide secure and standardized IAM solutions, leading the development and implementation of IAM services, and partnering with business and technology stakeholders to develop processes and tools to optimize access within Rogers.
Responsibilities- Develop and Implement IAM Strategies: Create and document strategic capabilities to provide secure and standardized IAM solutions.
- Lead IAM Services Development: Develop and implement IAM services, including Privilege Access Management, to ensure seamless access management across Rogers.
- Partner with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to develop processes and tools to optimize access within Rogers, ensuring alignment with security governance activities.
- Communicate Information Security Risks: Effectively communicate information security risks to diverse audiences, from technical staff to senior executives.
- Evaluate and Improve IAM: Focus on complex IAM issues and provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations to evolve the IAM Governance program and address key strategic drivers.
- Align Security Governance Activities: Align Information Security Governance activities with the strategies and plans for Security Architecture and Operations to ensure cohesive security practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- IAM Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with at least 2 years focused on Privilege Access Management.
- Strong Technical Skills: A strong understanding of IAM capabilities, including Authentication/Authorization, IAM Provisioning tools and processes, Role Engineering and Maintenance, Federation, Strong/Risk-Based authentication, and request and approval workflows.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate information security risks to diverse audiences.
