Job Description

This role involves defining IAM architecture and roadmap based on business requirements and security standards. You will lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including access management, identity governance, and multi-factor authentication.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IAM strategies that align with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments of current IAM systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

You will provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices, technologies, and industry trends. Additionally, you will work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define IAM architecture and roadmap based on business requirements and security standards.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including access management, identity governance, and multi-factor authentication.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IAM strategies that align with organizational goals.
  4. Conduct assessments of current IAM systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Provide guidance and expertise on IAM best practices, technologies, and industry trends.
  6. Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of IAM solutions.
About the Role

This position requires a proven experience as an IAM Solution Architect or similar role. You should have in-depth knowledge of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices.

Experience with IAM tools and technologies such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar is essential. You should also have strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to IAM.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are necessary. Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business solutions is a must.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
