As a Sourcing Operations Expert, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of strategic sourcing activities and driving value for money within the organization. You will work closely with the Strategic Sourcing team to administer and improve Strategic Sourcing activities, analyze procurement-related data, and calculate total cost of ownership for goods and services.

You will also coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and required information, act as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders, and support the optimization of contractual agreements to ensure efficiency across various aspects of our operations.

About the Role

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in strategic sourcing, operational procurement, or a related field. Advanced skills in data analysis are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel. Strong communication and presentation skills are also necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report procurement-related data to inform strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and required information.
  • Act as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders to drive value for money.
  • Support the optimization of contractual agreements to ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare and disseminate category spend analysis and cost-savings reports.
