Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to join our team at Mazergroup. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
Agricultural machinery, rural area, willing to relocate, relocation costs covered by employer.
