Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffThe successful candidate will be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensuring that all staff members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Estimate and Manage Food and SuppliesThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for estimating the ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and stocked in a timely manner.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Record Keeping and ReportingThe Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing food order summaries for the chef.
Establish Work SchedulesThe successful candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week
