Head of HSE and Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Security teams at our St. Thomas site. As the Head of HSE and Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility, while also developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and improve our overall safety performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the HSE and Security teams to develop and implement effective safety and security protocols
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize hazards
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement safety and security policies
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills and exercises
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Master's degree in a Health, Safety, or Environmental subject
- 10+ years of experience in a HSE or Security role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience leading a multi-disciplinary team
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety and security protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
