Job Title: Head of HSE and Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Security teams at our St. Thomas site. As the Head of HSE and Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility, as well as developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the HSE and Security teams to ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and internal policies
  • Develop and implement HSE and Security strategies to mitigate risks and prevent accidents
  • Collaborate with senior management and external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Manage and supervise a team of HSE and Security professionals to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills and exercises
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a Health, Safety, or Environmental subject
  • 10+ years of experience in a HSE or Security role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE and Security strategies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
