Job Title: Head of HSE and Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Security teams at our St. Thomas site. As the Head of HSE and Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facility, while also protecting our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE and Security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of HSE and Security professionals to ensure effective implementation of HSE and Security programs.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans to ensure prompt and effective response to incidents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE and Security considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE and Security matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Health, Safety, or Environmental Science.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a HSE or Security role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE and Security programs.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
