Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every interaction is seamless and enjoyable.
  • Work closely with our insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money.
  • Delight customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and assisting with small repairs on windshields.
  • Shuttle vehicles to and from the repair shop, ensuring timely and efficient service.

About You:

  • You're a people person, with a passion for building relationships and helping others.
  • You have experience in customer-facing roles, such as retail, hospitality, or tourism.
  • No formal education is required – we provide on-the-job training.
  • You hold a valid Class 5 driver's license and are able to work at various Belron Canada locations within your specified geographic area.
