About the Role

At Domino's Pizza Canada, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive fast and friendly service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders by phone and in person, providing customers with accurate information about our products and current offers.
  • Manage the cash drawer, accepting payment for orders and returning change.
  • Handle customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner, using the approach taught during Domino's onboarding and orientation.
  • Assist with secondary roles, such as preparing orders for delivery or to be served to in-store customers, and maintaining the store's professional image by participating in cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good math skills to handle cash handling for in-store customer payments.
  • Fluency in English to serve customers effectively.
  • A focus on cleanliness and personal hygiene.
