About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Service Centre team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with our insurance partners to help customers get the best value for their money.
  • Delight our customers by vacuuming vehicle interiors, cleaning windows, and helping with the occasional small repairs on windshields.
  • Shuttling vehicles to and from the repair shop.
