Job Title: Part Time Sales Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part Time Sales Ambassador to join our team at Lush Mayfair Victoria. As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and building brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Experience:

  • Drive Sales: Utilize sales data and customer feedback to exceed sales targets and grow your contribution to the store's overall sales.
  • Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience by connecting with customers, identifying their needs, and showcasing our amazing products.
  • Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values, including our stance on animal testing, sustainability, and social responsibility.
  • Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge to confidently recommend products to customers and stay up-to-date on our latest offerings.

Team Involvement:

  • Development: Utilize Lush resources to develop effective sales techniques and product knowledge to improve your performance and support the growth of your team.
  • Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication, actively listen to team members' perspectives, and foster a sense of belonging by promoting teamwork and recognizing individual contributions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and present at work, prioritizing your well-being and staying up-to-date with company news and updates.
  • Visuals and Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Stock and Inventory: Utilize Visual Merchandising guidelines to make real-time adjustments to product displays based on sales and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Excellent customer service skills, flexibility to adapt to changing situations, knowledge and passion for skincare and natural beauty, and a flexible schedule to accommodate store needs.
  • Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service models, strong problem-solving skills, experience working in a team environment, and fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
