Job Title: Digital Transformation Leader, Marketing Solutions

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves leading end-to-end technology solutions across marketing aspects, emphasizing personalization at scale and commerce discovery. You will drive conceptual thinking to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions, advising technology teams and business units on technology choices and product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end technology solutions within the marketing technology domain.
  • Provide scalable, reliable, and secure system integration solutions.
  • Simplify the technology application landscape, achieving efficiency gains in cost, revenue, and resources while ensuring uncompromised delivery of business value.
  • Contribute to conceptual solution and component-level architectures.
  • Evaluate systems for performance, incorporating robust observability and balance between design principles.
  • Support data architecture needs, integrating data across multiple platforms.
  • Liaise with architects, product owners, technical analysts, developers, and other key partners for effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing integrated marketing solutions with a focus on personalization.
  • Proficient in data and application integration patterns, including Domain-Driven design, APIs, messaging, streaming, and synchronous and asynchronous communication.
  • Experience in leading architecture activities like designing, roadmap, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Continuous research into current and emerging technologies to propose changes where needed.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
