Job Title: Nurse Team Lead

About the Role:

As a Nurse Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing hands-on clinical care to clients in their homes, while also supervising and mentoring a team of caregivers. You will work closely with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct client care and supervision of caregivers
  • Lead and mentor a team of caregivers to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Collaborate with clients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Conduct regular home visits to assess client needs and provide support
  • Participate in community outreach and education to promote our services and build relationships with clients and caregivers
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Provincial Nursing Program with current registration in good standing
  • Valid CPR certification
  • At least 10 years of recent experience in community nursing with progressive responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively lead a team
