**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. You will work closely with our sales team, account management, and product leaders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and assign new territories, clients, and leads to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
- Develop and execute sales plans and business strategies to increase local client visits and sales
- Identify and develop new targets to increase regional and global business volume in Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight, as well as Value Add solutions
- Follow up and maintain current customers to increase revenue and freight volume
- Increase market penetration for the PSA BDP brand through targeted sales efforts
- Engage with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to develop target accounts within assigned region
- Meet and exceed designated KPIs regarding client visits via maintenance via the Customer Retention Management system
- Engage in market research with sales support teams to increase individual sales pipeline
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years experience in global sales preferred
- Minimum 3 years industry experience preferred
- Knowledge about Ocean Freight, Air Freight or Overland Freight in a Freight Forwarding/ Logistics company
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel up to 50%
