Key Responsibilities:- Achieve market share goals and asset management objectives to ensure the long-term success of Brandt
- Provide input on standardized build codes for inventory products and detailed feedback on required inventory levels
- Understand and promote telematic and machine monitoring capabilities that differentiate Brandt and John Deere
- Assist in evaluating competitive quotes and pricing to drive market intelligence and increase share/margins
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing programs to drive sales growth and develop new opportunities
- Travel and interact with customers and regional sales teams to provide mentorship and guidance on sales strategy and tactics
- Manage Corporate Product Managers and drive sales growth in the Millyard industry
- Work with regional/branch sales teams to build relationships with customers and develop multi-level sales strategies
- 10+ years of experience in a related industry, with 5+ years in management or operations
- Proven ability to build and grow sales in a team environment
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of direct reports
- Proficiency with computer skills and the Microsoft Office suite of software applications
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally
