Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and increasing revenue.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business, building strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or marketing.
  • Outside sales representative or sales account manager experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
