BIM Coordinator at CIMA+

We are seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team at CIMA+. In this pivotal role, you will assist team members in advanced mechanical modeling and facilitate the implementation of BIM methodologies. This position supports a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work with office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of mechanical and electrical models
  • Manage BIM workflows for mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines
  • Develop 3D models in accordance with BIM management protocols
  • Conduct interference checks and address any conflicts
  • Administer models on the BIM360 platform
  • Offer technical assistance to REVIT users
  • Ensure adherence to drawing and modeling standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in building mechanics or related field
  • 5-10 years of pertinent experience
  • Expertise in REVIT software
  • Strong technical knowledge of electromechanical systems
  • Proficiency in both French and English
