Insurance Fraud Investigator, CAA Club Group

Position Overview
At CAA Club Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Fraud Investigator to join our team. As a key member of our Special Investigation Unit (SIU), you will play a critical role in preventing and detecting insurance fraud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate fraud indicators and develop investigative plans to prevent and detect insurance fraud.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, law enforcement, and government agencies to share intelligence and best practices.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to build a case against suspected fraudsters.
- Prepare reports and presentations to present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness in fraud prevention and detection.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Criminology, Insurance Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, with a focus on fraud prevention and detection.
- 2+ years of experience as an SIU investigator.
- Litigation experience and legal knowledge.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
