Job Overview

The CAA Club Group seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bodily Injury Adjuster Specialist to oversee the handling of complex automobile, long haul trucking, motorcycle, and recreational vehicle bodily injury claims.

With a dynamic personality and strong problem-solving skills, this individual will excel in investigating, evaluating, and resolving claims in a timely manner. They will provide oversight of external adjusters, manage challenging coverage claims, and maintain control over expenses.

About You

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • CIP or working towards designation
  • Minimum of 5 years experience handling casualty claims required
  • Strong organizational; decision making and problem solving skillset
  • Ability to understand insurance contracts in various jurisdictions
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of claims settlement, policy wording, fraud investigations and coverage issues
  • Ability to cross-reference information with attention to detail
  • Strong general computer knowledge required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
