Job Summary

The Senior HR Application Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing HR technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. This individual will collaborate with internal and third-party developers to achieve project success through technical excellence and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Workday modules to align with organizational policies and processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Workday solutions.
  • Design and propose innovative solutions within the Workday platform to address complex business challenges.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring smooth data migration, testing, and systems integration design and builds.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues.
  • Lead, develop, and maintain reports and calculated fields utilizing Workday and additional data sources.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support end-users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in configuring and implementing Workday solutions, with a strong focus on HCM and related modules.
  • Workday HCM certification preferred.
  • Proven expertise in Workday configuration, including business process configuration, security administration, report writing, and integrations.
  • Advanced understanding of Workday systems and how they support the business and operations.
  • In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices.
