Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Home Health Care Department Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the department's operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
About the Role:
As a Home Health Care Department Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the department, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, and encouraging employee development.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a retail or home health care setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a retail home-health care or nursing environment would be an asset. Additionally, relevant courses within the Home Health Care industry and experience with Sobeys/Lawtons POS (point of sale) system would be considered an advantage.
