About the Role

This is a permanent position with 80-96 hours of bi-weekly work. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent in a healthcare-related field and less than 7 months of experience.

Work Setting

The successful candidate will be working in a rural nursing home setting, providing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Bathing, dressing, and grooming patients
  • Transporting patients using a wheelchair or stretcher
  • Responding to call signals to determine patient needs
Certifications and Training
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate
  • Moving Patients Safety Principles (MPSP) training
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification
  • Nursing Aide Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
