About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at JOBAN TRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 5-15 truck drivers, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Type of Industry Experience: Proven experience in the trucking industry.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organization, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
  • Work Terms: Permanent position with 35 hours of work per week.
  • Work Language: English.
