Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers to ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to meet customer demands.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure drivers have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
