Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

At Air and Oceanland Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor Performance: Track the performance of our truck drivers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Train and Develop: Provide training and development opportunities to our truck drivers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all truck drivers adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with our truck drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
