The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the budget for food, ingredients, supplies, and labor costs. They will also evaluate and monitor daily operations, revenues, and staff performance to ensure that our establishment runs smoothly and efficiently.

A key aspect of this role is planning and organizing daily operations, including setting staff schedules and determining service offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills to manage relationships with suppliers and clients, ensuring that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Dining Establishment Operations Director will address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation for Great Dane Coffee.

Key Responsibilities
