Operations Director of Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Willowbrae Academy. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior operations management, preferably in multi-unit or franchise-based organizations.

The successful candidate will oversee the operational strategy and day-to-day management of our franchise locations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. They will also collaborate with senior leadership to support growth initiatives, operational readiness, and financial alignment.

A key responsibility of this role is to foster a culture of accountability and innovation within the team, leading and mentoring direct reports and key department leaders. This includes implementing scalable systems and processes to optimize franchise operations and promote brand consistency.

Additionally, the Operations Director will establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identify areas for improvement. They will also orchestrate an effective working framework that fosters collaboration among Business Development Managers, key department leaders, and franchisees.

In terms of compliance and quality assurance, the Operations Director will ensure all locations meet or exceed provincial and federal childcare regulations. They will lead and coordinate efforts to support franchisees during regulatory audits and inspections, offering guidance and resources to proactively address compliance issues.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
