Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and present high-quality dishes
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and storage to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role
  • Proven track record of leading a team and managing kitchen operations
  • Excellent culinary skills, including cooking techniques, menu planning, and food presentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
