Job Summary

Thales is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the AJISS Operations Manager and local project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including reception coverage, greeting visitors, and distributing security badges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and internal stakeholders.
  • Distribute incoming mail, post outbound mail, and track courier deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and submit purchase requisitions for approvals.
  • Prepare and format reports, contract deliverables, and statements of work using in-house templates.
  • Coordinate and track project deliverables and outstanding actions to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
