Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complete, accurate, and timely proposals based on plans and specifications.
  • Proactively quote alternates to better position Siemens.
  • Provide customer communication and support, including price and product feedback on commercial and technical issues.
  • Closely coordinate with third-party providers and partners to negotiate contractual requirements.
  • Support the Siemens internal bid approval process, including legal reviews and risk analysis.
  • Coordinate bid submissions with sales, plants, distributors, and cross-business units.
  • Evaluate incoming bids for Go/No Go decisions based on technical requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance and attend project review meetings with sales and customers.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Technical experience in Power Distribution products and solutions.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an industrial field.
  • Experience with proposals for complex solutions in a regulated environment.
  • Ability to read specifications and engineering single-line schematics and drawings.
  • Experience in handling large industrial projects.
  • Ability to prepare technical proposals with engineering solutions.
