Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage store staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve employee skills
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance
  • Analyze sales data to inform inventory management and product assortment decisions

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Minimum 7 months of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role

  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail software
