Job Summary

We are looking for an individual who excels at executing the Customer Service Strategy and delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Associate, you will be responsible for assisting with the organization of the stock room, executing selling behaviors consistently, leveraging product knowledge as a differentiating factor in the service experience, and fostering partnerships with other departments to assist the customer more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the organization of the stock room to ensure efficient restocking and inventory management.
  • Execute selling behaviors consistently, including demonstrating products, handling customer transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Leverage product knowledge as a differentiating factor in the service experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster partnerships with other departments, such as sales floor teams and customer service representatives, to assist the customer more efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards for visual merchandising and store appearance.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
