Executive Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at B.C. Ltd.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish work schedules.
- Culinary Expertise: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and teamwork.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
