Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Provide outstanding clinical care to patients during consultations and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear updates on their pets.
  • Uphold the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
  • Develop tailored, precise treatment and care plans for each patient, including clear cost estimates.
  • Mentor and enhance the skills of your team, utilizing their strengths effectively.
  • Conduct clinical handovers and arrange transfers for patients needing out-of-hours or specialized care.
  • Proactively share clinical best practices within and across practices and the broader Medivet community.
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated clinical leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in fostering a progressive clinical culture.
  • Familiarity with supporting nurse consultations and schedule 3 procedures, understanding their impact on clinic performance.
  • Proficient in using coaching and influencing skills to maximize team potential.
