About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at NHS. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement care plans in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols.
  • Screen patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness, and provide counseling and health education as needed.
  • Compile and issue computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions, and complete care plans required for local enhanced services.
  • Participate in and contribute to learning activities, such as significant event reviews, clinical audit, and protected learning time.
  • Contribute to delivering teaching for doctors in training and other health professionals in training.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in General Practice in the NHS.
  • Additional clinical skills beyond general practice.
  • Experience of working in a primary care setting.
  • Use of System One (Clinical database).
