
Office Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing general office administration requirements, supporting head office departmental needs and initiatives, and working as a team member with all office personnel and related staff.
- This position is based in our Head Office located in Squamish, BC.
- Standard work hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm in Office, Monday to Friday unless work duties and requirements necessitate a change.
- Manage Office Operations: Handle office-related inquiries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate Meetings: Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and company gatherings, assist with travel arrangements and logistics for employees, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track action items as needed.
- Oversee Inventory: Manage inventory items by verifying stock, transferring product, and advising on utilization of existing supply.
- Purchase Supplies: Assist with procurement processes, including vendor coordination and purchasing.
- Handle Shipping: Pick, pack, and coordinate shipping of orders, including organizing shipping manifests.
- Sustain Warehouse Operations: Participate in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient organization and workflow.
- Uniform Inventory: Oversee uniform inventory, including ordering, distribution, sales, and stock management.
- Provide Departmental Support: Provide administrative and operational support to various departments as needed.
