We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist Level 2 to join our team at AVASO Technology Solutions. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
You will be responsible for installing, upgrading, supporting, and troubleshooting various software and hardware systems, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Cisco Jabber. Additionally, you will perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and other authorized peripheral equipment.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better.
- Minimum of 18 months years of IT experience.
You will be working in a project-based environment, requiring flexibility and teamwork. If you have a strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, and are able to multi-task, effectively determine priorities and meet SLA's, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
