Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers through phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical training to provide expert support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial sales and support.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
