About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paper Converting Supervisor to join our team at International Paper Converters Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our paper converting systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure smooth production operations
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and product quality
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a paper converting or paper mill environment
  • Strong knowledge of paper converting processes and equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
