Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paper Converting Supervisor to join our team at International Paper Converters Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our paper converting systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure the smooth operation of the paper converting process.
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of equipment and systems to prevent downtime and optimize production.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a paper converting or paper mill environment.
  • Strong knowledge of paper converting processes and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week in a paper converting company environment.

The language of work is English.
