Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paper Converting Supervisor to join our team at International Paper Converters Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our paper converting systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that systems and equipment are operating at optimal levels, and implement corrective actions to address any issues that may arise.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality, and implement measures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support production operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence and compliance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work Setting: Planing mill, Waferboard plant, Paper converting company, Pulp and paper mill, Sawmill
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
