Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paper Converting Supervisor to join our team at International Paper Converters Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our paper converting systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that systems and equipment are operating at optimal levels, performing regular maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and training as required.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient production levels.
  • Communication: Coordinate work activities with other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a paper converting or production environment.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
