Food Service Manager

BAIE VISTA INN LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our dining room.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent service to our guests.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional cuisine.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of excellence in our dining room.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring that our guests feel valued and respected.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve our food and beverage operations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service and quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Our dining room is a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service and quality to our guests. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
